This beautiful antebellum home was built in the late 1890's and is situated on 4 private, scenic acres with spectacular view. The quaint community of Ridgetop emerged as an exclusive summer resort in the latter part of the 19th century and many of the sprawling summer homes remain in use today.
Valley View is a charming and serene home and grounds. The house and servants quarters were used in the movie "Is There Life Out There" starring Reba McIntyre.
The present owner, Sally Summers, is offering Valley View as a Bed and Breakfast, also available for private parties.
